Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a professional and transparent service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve matters swiftly.

  1. Stage 1 – Informal Resolution:
    In the first instance, please contact Katrina Deacon, Director, by email at admin@conwywillsandtrusts.co.uk or telephone 01492 463218. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.
  2. Stage 2 – Formal Complaint:
    If you remain dissatisfied, please write to us at:
    Conwy Wills and Trusts Ltd, Office 1203, Apex House, Thomas Street, Trethomas, Caerphilly CF83 8DP.
    We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a written response within 28 days.
  3. Stage 3 – External Review:
    If your complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may refer the matter to the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) at www.ipw.org.uk, which offers independent redress.
